xUSD is live on Hedera. It is a yield-bearing dollar built during our participation in the first official Hedera Incubator — and the first instrument of its kind on the network.
That live product is not an endpoint. It is the foundation of a Yield-as-a-Service layer that allows any fintech or financial service provider to offer transparent lending yield from public markets, on a privacy-first institutional environment.
The foundation: cross-chain lending yield
xUSD tokenizes deposits into crosschain Morpho vaults and brings that position onto Hedera via LayerZero OVaults. Origin yield stays public and verifiable. The Hedera representation is the asset a desk can hold, transfer, or use as collateral — without rebuilding the position at the destination.
Positions remain onchain. HBVNK tokenizes and routes the yield; but never takes custody of deposited assets.
Yield any fintech can offer
With xUSD, any fintech or financial service provider can now offer these yield sources without building the infrastructure themselves. No smart-contract expertise is required. Integration is meant to be fast, through the Hedera SDK, using common languages, such as JavaScript or Java, already in production stacks.
Service providers keep their existing applications, and can decide the way they want to monetize the yield product choosing between performance or management fees.
For financial institutions
When CLPR is available, HBVNK will leverage HashSpheres private network infrastructure to introduce an additional privacy and compliance layer for institutional deployments. This architecture is intended to allow regulated financial institutions to maintain customer and operational data within a permissioned environment while benefiting from the transparency, settlement efficiency, and yield opportunities available on public blockchain infrastructure.
Our long-term vision is to bridge traditional financial services and decentralized finance, enabling institutions to deliver next-generation yield products through a secure, compliant, and scalable framework.
